Synergy Leasing Management & Services is a marketing function designed to provide a “Marketing Service” in Oriental Gardens Makati and other Condominium associated with Federal Synergy Leasing Management & Services for the benefit of the Unit Owners and their respective SPA’S (Special Power Attorney) looking to rent out their unit/s with the objective of gaining a return on their investment or simply supplement their income etc. This service is designed to help provide the principals to access the market and gain a tenant for a fee. This service must not be confused with PROPERTY MANAGEMENT or CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATION.
